TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: February 15,2025.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by DLA Wraps (referred to as "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By requesting or accepting our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services We Offer

We specialize in vehicle customization using vinyl. This includes full vehicle wraps, custom design creation, and professional installation. Our services are available for both personal and commercial vehicles. 

2. Scope of Work

The services provided will be in accordance with the agreed-upon design, specifications, and vehicle type. Any changes to the scope of work must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.

3. Design Approval

A digital mock-up or proof will be provided before the work begins. Client approval of the design must be given in writing. Any revisions after approval may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in advance and are subject to change based on the specific needs of the job. Payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.

  • The balance is due upon completion of the work.

  • Payments can be made via [debit card, credit card, checks, cash, etc.].

5. Vehicle Condition

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is clean and in good condition prior to wrapping. If the vehicle requires excessive cleaning, an additional cleaning fee of $35 will be applied. 

6. Time Frame

Estimated completion times will be provided before work begins. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen technical difficulties.

7. Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on the wrap’s quality and durability, covering defects in materials or installation. The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, neglect, improper care, or acts of nature (such as hail or flooding).

8. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate information regarding the vehicle’s make, model, and any specific requirements.

  • The client is responsible for removing any personal items from the vehicle before the wrapping process begins.

  • The client agrees to follow care instructions to ensure the longevity of the wrap.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled work will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled work will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle's underlying paint, body, or structure during the wrapping process unless it is caused by our negligence. The client assumes full responsibility for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs provided are the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is made, at which point ownership may transfer to the client. The Company reserves the right to use images of the vehicle for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the client’s use of the wrapped vehicle or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, supply chain disruptions, severe weather conditions, or restrictions imposed by governmental authorities.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions, which will take effect as of the date of notification.
